Description

This model is built near to scale based on actual dimensions. The landing gear are hidable or retractable. There are landing gear doors but not bays. The model has animateable control surfaces including flaps, ailerons, elevator and rudder. Turbines are also animateable. The model is textured and comes in several formats and airline liveries as shown here.

The Airbus A300 is a short- to medium-range wide-body jet airliner that was developed and manufactured by Airbus. Launch customer Air France introduced the type into service on 30 May 1974. Production of the A300 ceased in July 2007, along with its smaller A310 derivative.
