Terms of Service

This is a legally binding agreement between (“you”) and CGhub (“Site”) regarding your use of the Site. “You” refers to the entity bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), whether that is a natural person who must be at least 18 years of age, or a corporate entity.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site. If you use the Site in an unauthorized way, CGhub may terminate your account and pursue other penalties, damages, losses, and profits to which CGhub is entitled under this agreement or at law or equity.

The following uses of the Site are explicitly prohibited:

  • Violating Belarusian law or any applicable international laws;
  • Using the Site to distribute harmful, deceptive, or illegal content;
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Site or servers;
  • Except as expressly licensed to you, using an in-line link, frame, or forging headers around or URLs, or otherwise repackaging the Site in any way for commercial purposes;
  • Obscuring or removing any watermark, copyright, or other proprietary notice from the Site;
  • Mining, hacking, probing, spidering, crawling, or scraping the Site, or similarly gathering or extracting data (whether manual or robotic), including by indexing, caching, or aggregation;
  • Decompiling, reverse engineering, or making derivative works;
  • Interfering (or engaging in any activity that may interfere) with any user’s experience;
  • Testing for technical vulnerabilities, or circumventing any security measures or access restrictions;

2. Intellectual Property

  • The Platform aggregates publicly available metadata and descriptive information related to 3D models from third-party websites and services.
  • The Platform does not host, store, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise make available any 3D model files, formats, or downloadable assets. All references to external content are for informational and indexing purposes only.
  • We do not claim ownership of any third-party content—including but not limited to renders, previews, textual descriptions, thumbnails, or other creator-provided materials. All such assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective authors, licensors, or rights holders.
  • The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or availability of any third-party content. Users are solely responsible for verifying the licensing terms and usage rights of any referenced assets before use.
  • By using the Platform, you acknowledge that it serves as a non-hosting aggregator, and that all interactions with third-party content are governed by the respective terms and conditions of the original source.
  • The Platform disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or reliance on any third-party content indexed or linked herein.
  • Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from our Site without our explicit permission or the appropriate rights from content owners.
  • If you are the rightful owner of any content listed on Site and wish to request removal, please contact us using official e-mail.

3. User Contributions and Communications

If you contact us via the Contact page or otherwise provide any information or materials, you agree that:

  • You provide accurate and truthful information.
  • We may use your communications to respond and improve our services.
  • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display any content you provide for the purposes of operating and promoting the Site.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Site and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
  • We make no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, including third-party 3D models linked or parsed by our Site.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The Site is provided on an “as is”, “as available”, and “with all faults” basis. CGhub makes no representations, warranties, conditions, or guarantees as to the usefulness, quality, suitability, truth, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, merchantability, or cosmetic attributes of the Site, and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of specifications associated with the Site, including measurements, weight, durability, strength, materials, general physical properties, regulatory compliance, other engineering or construction attributes.
  • You assume all risk for any damage to your computer systems and network for any damage to your computer system caused by using the Site, including any damages resulting from computer viruses.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, CGhub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages (including loss of business, revenue, profits, goodwill, use, data, electronically transmitted orders, or other economic advantage) arising out of or in connection with the Site, even if CGhub has previously been advised of, or reasonably could have foreseen, the possibility of such damages, however they arise, whether in breach of contract or in tort (including negligence). To the extent that any jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of direct, incidental, or consequential damages, portions of the preceding limitation or exclusion may not apply, but should be construed to the greatest extent applicable in such jurisdictions.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold CGhub and its subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, licensors, licensee, suppliers, alliance members, other partners, employees and representatives ("CGhub Parties") harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to, or arising out of your use of the Site and any material you submit.

6. Links to Third-Party Websites

The Platform may provide links to third-party websites solely for your convenience and informational purposes.

CGhub does not endorse, control, monitor, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of any external sites linked from or referenced by the Platform. Accessing such third-party websites is done entirely at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of use and privacy policies applicable to those sites. CGhub disclaims any liability for damages, losses, or other consequences arising from your interaction with or reliance on third-party content

7. Privacy

Your use of personal data on our Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to our privacy practices.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
  • Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by the competent courts of Belarus.

10. Changes to These Terms
