I have been doing this 3d modelling jobs since 2014, I'm now 22 years old and I think I have got a great experience in this field. have started to make low poly models of every building in Cologne. I couldn't get Unreal Asset file because of my bad pc.I will make a bundle of buildings, it will be much cheaper when I finnish this project. - I made this according to a technique I name Quickly Modelled Low Poly Asset where there are some rules:
- Avoiding redundant polygons
- Use PBR assets, normal maps instead of geometries
- Make it simple as much as possible while staying loyal to the original one as much as possible
- Make the buildings mirrorable since you don't have other detailed reference pictures of the building you want to make 3d model in Google Maps
- Don't make interiors, instead it can be achieved by parallax mapping or just make a reflective window.
- Do your best even if your possibilities are limited
