This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Residential and commercial old building built in several stages between 1830 and 1860, Ground floor used to be store, than veterans of wwII office, and now is cafe. First floor used to be casino, than Danica choir office and now is residential flat.
