This is a simple v-block that my grinder hand is going to grind in for me. There is a mastercam file as well as an UNPROVEN nc file written for my Haas VF-6. Will update this with a proven nc file in anyone needs it, so let me know. This little dude is going to save me some serious set up time, so I am doing a matched pair. Clamps are coming later on. This is to hold a 1.95in OD part that gets a pair of 20 degree flats on each side, then a counterbore to hold a dowel in place, one on each side. SO... we set up our stop and flip and flip and done. Call it a day, figuring about 35 parts in an hour and a half that requires plus/minus a degree accuracy. The nc file should take about 20 minutes to run, but feel free to be more aggressive! Have fun...
