It is a 2 storey family house placed in the sloping land. The house includes a swimming pool at the rear facade and two garages at the front facade, next to the main entrance. One of the garages is smaller and the other is bigger. The house is modeled on 3dsmax 2019 and rendered on Lumion 10.3.2.
I prepared the project with Lumion materials, you can easily change the materials. You can also use sharetextures.com textures. If you want you can remodel the house facades on 3dsmax file.
In the interior of the house it exists some furniture to effects the renders better. The renders are realistic and quality and the model is well drawn. There is no photoshop on the renders. Enjoy with the project!
