  • Description

40-tooth spur gear, provided with multiple bore styles, accurately modeled and ready for use in CAD, CGI, and 3D print applications. Modeled in Autodesk Inventor and provided in multiple file formats. Perfect for both digital and physical mechanical design projects.

Gear specifications:

  • Reference diameter: 40.0mm
  • Outside diameter: 42.0mm
  • Face width: 9.8mm

Gear is provided with five bore styles:

  • 10mm round bore
  • 10mm round bore with keyway
  • 10mm D-profile bore
  • 10mm hex bore
  • 2mm pilot hole (can be modeled or drilled to any custom size)

Gear is module 1 in size and has a 20-degree pressure angle (for increased strength). Tooth profile is precisely modeled with accurate involute geometry and a small amount of backlash to ensure proper engagement.

Native Autodesk Inventor 2012 files are provided with intact browser trees and parameter tables to allow full configurability and customization.
