This is my first collection of 3D models, gathered in about 8 years from many of the archviz projects I worked on. They are production ready, meaning all geometry, materials and textures were renamed. I cleaned up all the missing assets and plugins in the scenes so no conflicts will appear at import or render. The geometry is optimized and attached by component and each object is also placed on a separate layer. There are more that 450 hours of modeling at your disposal for the price of a 3Dsky asset :) .
