these mounts are for standard sized 550 (can size) RC motors and have an angled base so they can be mounted in RC boats or anything that requires the motor to be at a specific angle. The mounting slots are 4mm with an 8mm indent to allow for washers. Slots and indent are designed to be perpendicular to the base of your model when installed so the motors will not slide forward and move position after mounting.
