This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 I guess I will make some more of them. Here it is, the billboard I will use for my city of the dream. Pretty detailed, has windows, not a component (except right after download directly into SketchUp), has a default billboard design. You can delete the Your add here thing and put your idea there, so you can delete the corners also. The easiest billboard on the warehouse I guess :).
