Alien Mascot – Short Technical Model Description (No Animation)
A stylized, friendly alien mascot with a rounded, pear-shaped body, large expressive head, and smooth cartoony proportions. The model should use quad-dominant topology with clean loops around the face, mouth, and limbs for good deformation, even though no rig or animation is required. Antennae, three-fingered hands, and bioluminescent skin patterns are included as simple, soft shapes.
Target polycount:
Real-time: 20–30k tris
High-res sculpt: 3–6M polys (for detail baking)
Textures:
PBR maps — Base Color, Normal, Roughness, SSS, and Emission for glowing patterns.
UVs should be clean, symmetrical, and free of stretching.
Materials:
Skin with soft silicone-like finish and mild gloss, glowing antenna tips, and subtle bioluminescent stripes.
Deliverables:
High-poly sculpt, retopologized low-poly model, baked texture maps, and a clean FBX of the final mesh (no rigging or animation).
