The Dubai Tram is a modern low-floor tram based on the Alstom Citadis 402/XO2 family. The network is the fourth tramway project in the world to be powered by the Alstom APS ground-based electric supply system, although a pantograph is still present for use in maintenance depots.

This model was originally made as an asset for the game Cities: Skylines. There are some minor simplifications to the texture and model to keep it optimised for the game.
