This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is Kim's Classic American Home. It is an Atlas model on my train layout. Have several Atlas models, might do another one. This is a shell. Someone (Paul?) can put an interior in it. Similar to one of Pauls latest models, the interior arrangement is obvious with the livingroom, diningroom, kitchen and stairs on the first floor and bedrooms, bath and stairs on the second floor. On to another one someday. I guess you could say actual model is geographically located - on my layout!
