Probably Throne A is the version, the nearest to real Ancient Greek Thrones; while Throne C may be a pottery painting distortion of perspective, in an Egyptian manner.
Real extant marble thrones have also a backrest, that evidently in pottery painting is not.As from Poseidon and other pottery representations, the throne was certainly made of wood (not/not only marble).
