Hello guys! It feels like it's been a very long time since I last visited CGTrader. First, I want to apologize for not uploading any models for so long! The truth is, I had academic issues to deal with and, I admit, I accidentally forgot about CGTrader for a while. However, I was very happy to see that my work was still selling even while I was away!

This time, I'm uploading a new work: a building with a strong 20th-century atmosphere. I mainly referenced architecture from the Soviet Union, North Korea, Eastern Bloc countries, and some Western buildings. Since it's Low-poly, you can use this in simple games. I recommend using it as a government office, train station, or commercial facility.
