The model was originally modeled in Autodesk Maya, textured and rendered using Arnold Render.Modeled using polygons.With materials and textures.All the objects parent and group correctly.The file called ' render ' is to render like the first imatge with Arnold Render. For best results add a render occlusion on it.Formats mb,, fbx, Blender, Obj and 3dmax.These formats with basic materials and textures.Reduce nature( grass, trees etc----) if you want less polygons.
