A museum building with furniture, fully decorated, with exhibits and animated humans. It includes: approx. 900m² of exhibition space, the reception with the cloakroom, 2 coffeeshops, a giftshop, a research library, the staff offices, an auditorium, room for educational programms, underground garage, 320m² of storage space and of course WC facilities (You can find the plans in the images). It's easily adaptable and there are some custom-made assets that can be easily re-used for other projects (I recommend saving them as groups to your user library). You can also import it to Unreal Engine 4 with Datasmith for Twinmotion and Twinmotion content for Unreal (both provided by EPIC in the Unreal Marketplace for free).
