This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 13 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 These are the walls for the Victorian House upper attic. Instructions: Save to a folder, open the High-Victorian house, then import these wall into the house. Have already done it - it works. It actually went where it was supposed to! Component axis is at the front left corner on the floor template- opposite from view. It should drop right in. Turn off layers above attic and Shadows first, though. Neat trick: create' attic walls' layer and keep this on that layer. This way you can stand in the attic and turn off and on the walls to compare the space allocation. Deleted wall ends, floor, and tops to eliminate z-fighting. You can edit component to add doors, plumbing, etc. Door is in component listing. Used Wheat for the wall colour- I painted the attic to match. I use Sketchup for Dummies to help me. Very useful. Bob Update: installed these walls into the attic - see Victorain House with attic- for those people who may not want to do this. Axis is off by 1/16 inch. Move it forward 1/16" or so. Made a component out of the floor, so it should have fit. Just in the wrong place. Oops!
