Austin or Morris LD ambulance, with body coachbuilding mostly inspired by Wadham (bros) Stringer.

Originally this was going to be used in my game mods, but because I recieved a lot of feedbacks requesting a 3D printed version (which I never got a chance to experiment or learn), I decided to upload it here for those outside who can able to modify it.
