Automatic CCD Winding Inspection Machine

Introduction

Check the two-dimensional code of the tape and whether there is any defect through the visual CCD. After the whole roll is loaded, it is fixed by the inflatable shaft. There is a deviation correction control system, a light source system at the bottom, and a CCD camera for top inspection. When NG occurs, the system will alarm and process, and the entire roll will be unloaded after inspection.
