Automatic PCB Insertion Machine

Introduction

The PCB plug-in machine has all the structural details of the equipment, and can directly produce drawings for processing. The conveyor line can be compatible with a variety of products, and the width of the conveyor line can be adjusted by motor drive. Tray passes through the feeding mechanism, and the three-axis manipulator will pick up the products in the Tray and insert them on the PCB board. The servo motor is added with the screw to control the accuracy. The capacitor uses direct vibration feeding, and the four-axis robot + visual plug-in.
