This is a container with a basket weave type side. It has holes so it wouldn't make a good vase. Note the object is filled by default so to print it you should specify no infill and no top layers when slicing. Otherwise you will get a solid object. Use the number of wall layers to specify how thick you want the walls. Three layers should be enough. It will print just fine without support.
