This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 14 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 (Updated Aug 30th) For Design Your Dwelling 2008. Just under 2500 sq ft. The shape of the house was designed around the view of the golden gate bridge, and the roof was designed to face directly south and tilted at a proper angle so that the nearly 5.5 kW of photo voltaic solar panels and solar water heater get the maximum amount of solar exposure.
