This model features modeled bolts, dust cap, seperated meshes for the rim and the main wheel face, and a centre cap all with individual materials set up if you choose to use the blend file. All parts of the wheel are unwrapped, with multiple UV maps, along with custom UVs for the wheel face allowing the brushed metal material to flow nicely around it. any material should map nicely on this wheel if you choose to use your own, just be sure to use the different UV maps correctly for the stamping seen around the lug nut seats and on the top of the valve cap.
Included in this package is both high and mid poly versions of the wheel, with both versions being quad mesh topology so you can still subdivide and change UVs to suit with ease. The high poly mesh has 421k polygons, and the mid poly subdivision ready mesh has 41k polygons.I understand that not all cars have the same specs and stud patterns, so for those of you chasing the maximum realism I will also be making more models of the same wheel, with different specs. This is due to the fact that the same wheel can look vastly different with different specs.
-- PLEASE NOTE --This wheel doesn't have the lug nut holes go all the way through the model, and the wheel mounting point has no holes in it. Ideally this model is made to be put on vehicles with tyres, where the mounting point of the wheel isn't going to be visible much.
