A perfectionist, Friberg discarded all his own interiors, creating elegant and refined shapes and retaining only rings that met his high standards. For inspiration, he looked to Chinese and Japanese traditions, and he meticulously applied color layer by layer to achieve a matte finish with incredible warmth and depth, and his specific “long rabbit” enamel connect configuration.
