The model is a bicycle made in blender but saved in different formats( OBJ, FBX, GLTF, PLY, Collada, Alembic, and STL ) that suit your needs, in addition to the format in which it is saved two blender formats are added to it one is of high poly and the other is of low poly. in the low poly model the modifiers are applied and it has been UV unwrap and textured(procedural texture) and the high poly model have been UV unwrapped base on basic color but have not been textured.
