Note. This only works in blender 3.0.1 because it uses the eevee blender engine. With retextures and remodeling.
This house is rendered in eevee engine in real time, all renders took about one minute on a GTX1050Ti graphics card.
1 cottage. hallway. 1 kitchen. one . 1 living rooms. 2 bedrooms. 1 room 1 kitchen. 2 floors. 1 toilet. 1 bathroom. Garage for 2 cars. 2 balconies.Home lighting is pre-calculated using indirect light and reflection sensors, which automatically adapts any piece of furniture you import to the correct lighting and reflections. if you want to recalculate a house with different lighting, it will take up to 1 hour on a GTX1050Ti graphics card.
This project can be used for: game development, product presentation, education, virtual reality, other real-time applications, personal projects and commercial projects. For reasons of optimization, the grids of houses are divided by material type (furniture can be divided in edit mode).

All used textures are available in the main folder.
All rendering settings and materials are set in the Blender. Just select a camera angle and the scene is ready to render.
All exported files are triangulated, linked into one object and exported with blender3.0.1 default settings.
