BMC Plastic Sealed Stator Cooling Line

Introduction

This set of models is a BMC plastic-encapsulated stator cooling line. The line body is used in the plastic-encapsulation workshop of the motor manufacturer. The temperature of the stator after being injected by BMC is as high as 120°C. At this time, the temperature of the motor body is not conducive to the subsequent stator performance testing, and the natural air cooling speed is slow. Production efficiency and cause a large accumulation between the front and back. Therefore, rapid cooling is required through external conditions. Axial flow fan is used to accelerate the cooling of the stator, the line body adopts double-layer 2.5 times speed chain, and the upper and lower mechanisms of the front and rear head adopt the structure of stepping motor and ball screw.
