This is an entry for the COMMEL competition.

This is a very radical design. The way I designed this, the socket could not only have the functionality, but also an artistic touch. This way it would also serve as a decorative item.

You could use the flower sockets as cable extenders, also the base is very functional without any flowers attached. This idea really pushes the standard old and boring design to its limits. As far as my idea goes, the flowers that are attached on the base should have some kind of a wire inside the stem, so they would be able to stand in a straight position.

A product like this is definitely eye catching and with different color combinations you can make a lively colorful atmosphere or with a combination of white/black/gray you could also make classy business accessory with great functionality.
