The Bradley Fighting Vehicle (BFV) is an American fighting vehicle platform manufactured by BAE Systems Land and Armaments, formerly United Defense. It was named after U.S. General Omar Bradley. The Bradley is designed to transport infantry or scouts with armor protection, while providing covering fire to suppress enemy troops and armored vehicles.
-All materials are in Standard Mtl's, therefore you can render out very good quality in vray, mental ray, or scanline, according to what you want. -All pivots are placed correctly (at the center of each object).
-This Dummy (of wheels) is linked to the dummy of tank body, through wire parameters, so you just move the body's dummy back and forth, and the wheels rotate correctly accordingly.
- the tracks: I provided on the tank the series placed correctly, but as an addition, i made a sequence of linear chain of the same number , and rigged them to bones (in case you wanted to make a spline IK Solver, the path of the track is provided as a spline beside them ) I also made another linear chain beside them , to be used as a PathDeform, over the line path of the tracks provided, as mentioned above.-Also another linear chain to be used as PathDeform (WSM).
- After you chose the track motion on it's path, do the following:if you chose PathDeform (WSM) method...then select the track path line, and link it a normal link to the tank body, after that it will move in coordinate with the tank motion.
- if you chose PathDeform mathod... then select all the tracks + their line path, and just link them to the body's dummy (normal link), and then make a wire parameter between one of the track's Percent and the tank body's dummy (to the level you want), so that the tracks rotate correctly as the tank moves. That's all :-)--------------------------No smoothing needed for the tank.------------------------Textures provided above are very high res. ------------------------i did not include the tracks beside the tank, but they are found in the max files and all the rest.-----------------------Please don't forget... to like/comment . Your feedback is important for my sales. Thanks and good luck.
