Brick building constructor. It's like a New York brick buildings you know:) On the preview image you can see example of using the constructor. Preview of all elements you may find in the marmoset scene Constructor. In total, about 90 elements of constructor were made. Combine and transform them for the best result! In archives you will find separate groups containing low poly geometry with uv. For convenience, I created a hierarchy of folders with fbx. and obj. scenes. All textures images are location in the archive Textures. Every element of constructor was baked from his high poly analog but in the archive with Textures you will find the tile textures of the brick, stones and color concrete. I used this texture for the roof for my example building. I hope this constructor will be useful to you in your creativity. Enjoy!
