the building is textured and uv mapped with high quality 6k textures, it was textured using the industry standard principle of using detail masks(one for leaking textures, another for ground dirt and another for cavity) these masks are provided in the textures incase some individuals/studios would like to increase the texture resolution and detail of the building using seamless textures of their choice the masks can be found in the textures folder in masks subfolder.
