Each model has 3 levels of detail: low-poly, middle-poly, and high-poly, which allows for the use of this model in production rendering(such as 3ds max, Maya, Cinema4d, Blender, Vray/Corona/Cycles and all other), game engines (Unity and Unreal compatible), and interactive presentations, providing a choice of detail based on the LOD System principle.
The Burnt-Out Police Station model can be used in post-apocalyptic games, urban simulations, and creative architectural visualizations. Its textures are PBR, Diffuse, NormalMap, and reflection/roughness/metallic, suitable for any modern rendering engine.
All models are accurately unwrapped with no overlapping UV. All textures are 4096*4096 in size.
