I scanned the existing spoiler using my 3D scanner, carefully processed the model, and printed a perfect mirrored copy!

Even though the part was nearly 40 cm long, the size wasn’t an issue — the printed piece matched the original flawlessly on Creality K2 Plus (350х350 bed size)

All mounting clips and fasteners were preserved, and the final result was extremely strong and reliable!The client was impressed with the quality and how identical the part was to the original!

It have two files for each side-left and right!

3D printing settingsI recommend PETG because the workpiece is large and must be tough. ABS is not problem, the workpiece has sufficient thickness.It's already oriented for print. You need to activate supports. Adjust wall count enouth for absolutely tight.
