This is a spare part for Nissan Primera P12 front left (driver) door lock.

My parents’ car has a bug in door locks common for the whole edition. In the lock there is a part that breaks and the lock starts making wird noise, then after a while it stops working, e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G1MkURlx08M . Instead of buying still a new and expensive door lock I have decided to replace just the broken part.

I have designed two models. One model contains original part as it is in an original door lock. The second model contains upgraded part. This part is strengthened on sides to prevent from breaking. It fits the door lock as well as the original one.

For printing use ABS or other stiff material with high temperature resistance in combination with PVA as a support material. Since the part is relatively small it needs good precision to fit the door lock and to work well.
