Tires are broken up into 2 Parts: 1.) Outer-Inner Shell 2.) Side Shell
This method is good for swapping and creating different styles of of tires (text) and rims for better optimal randomization's! (This is all controlled using different materials per tire part) All Maps are 4K maps along with 2K in smaller parts. (More than enough resolution to play with!)
