Textures are 256*256 to 512*512 png. Most of them use opacity as alpha. Meshes are 200-2000 triangles mostly.The plants on the screenshots mostly use unity's default Nature/Soft Occlusion Leaves shader. You can achieve similar effects using Screen Space Ambient Occlusion in other game engines. You might need to set the shaders to 2-sided so the leaves appear correctly.
