It's a simple and lightweight door, it's a standard door, It comes with both 6,8' x 3' or ~ 2,1 x 0,90 meters (scalable to make 8' entrance doors) and 7' x 3' for narrower inside use of the door, if that suits your need. It was made in blender, so there you have the original file, with the model. It comes with a detailed key lock and hinges, so you can easily rig and animate this door. It is as lightweight as you can get with this level of detail. It's 14k vertices, but you can get as low as 9k or lower if you remove all modifiers and limited dissolve some parts. Textures are easily changeable, I strongly recommend you to use Blender because you can benefit from blender nodes and easily change the wood color in the Shader Editor.
