This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 7 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Central Plaza Two is the second building of the Central Plaza Complex. It rises to 110 m for 30 floors. The offices building was completed in 1990. This is a retexturing and resizing model from the Google version. I used the Google frontage and glass textures to make it.
