This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is the Charles Addams house by Demilune which I have quicky renovated in order to make it inhabitable. I just updated the roof, put it basic plexiglass windows, new siding, and new paint and flooring. This house is now ready for a family to move into and make their own. Feel free to explore.
