Except for second-class cars with bars, all seats in other carriages can rotate. The front and rear carriages are equipped with driver's cabins, which can drive in both directions. The first-class carriage and bar carriage are located in the middle, with a total capacity of 557 passengers for the entire train. CRH3C is developed from the German Railway ICE3 high-speed train.
