Total vertices: 27,199 ( the version that was seperated into many small parts)
Topology: Mostly quad, number of triangulates in acceptable rate
UV unwrap: Both manual and smart UV, no UV overlapping, stretch UV
Dimension: 0.72 x 0.53 x 0.99 m
4K textures: Diffuse, Metalness, Roughness, Normal, Transmission map. Materials were baked in texture maps already. Transmission map set up in Blender file as shown in preview image
Software to create textures: Blender, GIMP.
Rendering points of view: Good to render in close distance and all points of view.
Render engine: Eevee
Model building process: mostly by loop tool, not by modifying default object in Blender, Chinese script attached on tree body by using shrinkwrap modifier
