The models are anatomically accurate and can be used both for games and medical projects. All objects include the necessary animations.
- 110 unique assets. Models for building the house, interior, festive Christmas atmosphere, and a small environment.
- Santa. A Santa character model with 27 unique thematic animations, separate clothing pieces, individual facial assets (beard, mustache, glasses), and 9 different facial expressions.
- Ease of Use. The pack includes two files with different Unity versions, and in each one, the scene is set up in three render pipelines. Simply download the version you need and open the scene in your preferred render pipeline. Everything is clear and easy to use.
- Optimized Models. Lightweight meshes, few textures, and simple shaders ensure smooth performance on mobile, VR/AR, PC, and consoles while keeping visuals high-quality.

It is a gingerbread house built from modular assets, so you can modify, rebuild, and customize it if needed.
Inside, there is a festive New Year interior on both the first and second floors.
The scene also includes a small surrounding environment in the form of a platform, made as a large round gingerbread, on which the house is placed.

Animations include dances in various styles, basic movement (walking, running, fast running), jumps and acrobatic elements, idle animations, communication gestures, interaction with objects, greetings, and everyday actions.
You can also use animations from Mixamo, which offers more than 2,600 unique animations. Add them to your project by following this guide.
