At the end of the 19th century this building has been built by the architect Alexander Bernardazzifor City Council. Architectural style - the Italian Renaissance with gothic style elements.The building is a sample of the advanced European architecture of that time.Here his 3D model the copy is reproduced. Exterior only, no interior.
