Leiria is a city in Portugal, the center of the municipality of the same name in the district of Leiria. The population is 42.8 thousand residents, 125.9 thousand residents. The city and municipality are part of the economic and statistical region of the Center and the subregion of Pinhal Litoral. According to the old administrative division, it was part of the province of Beira Litoral.
