Pärnu is a resort town on the coast of Pärnu Bay in the southwestern part of Estonia. The city is famous for its 19th-century wooden houses, a sandy beach with calm waters and the picturesque embankments of the Pärnu River, a walk along which will lead the traveler to the bay and stone piers.
