These light bulbs were made in blender 2.8. They are easily editable. You can switch tops with bottoms, play around with scaling, light color and intensity, and more. The poly and vertex count are the average count of all the bulbs. Although these can be changed if you want to. The materials are easy defult settings and are easy to recreate if your program doesn't take them. As of now these are pretty high poly. If you want to use them in a game just add a decimate and a quads modifier in blender. If you are using these for an interior scene in blender, just copy and paste from the clearBulbs.blend file, and you won't have to worry about anything else.
