An accurate Colonial Plantation Mansion from the island of Jamaica. Created for use in a now defunct game title, this model features realistic wear and tear and 8K UV maps. Please note that the in-engine video and surrounding environment are for demonstration purposes; this sale is for the standalone building only.

History

Based upon a real structure which still exists to this day; the Trelawney Rum Estate on Jamaica, which is a Georgian English 'Great House'. With the English occupation came a period of sprawling and prosperous sugarcane plantations and piracy. The plantations were owned by wealthy Englishmen, many of whom lived in England lavishly spending their Jamaican profits. Investment and further settlement hastened as profits began to accrue from cocoa, coffee and sugarcane productio and houses such as Trelawney were constructed throughout this period to oversee the plantations.
