Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a northeastern American colonial house. It fatures a great sloping roof in the back. There are 2 bedrooms,1.5 bathrooms, a laundry room, basement, and stairs in the back to save space, using the sloping roof as the ceiling. The stairs are pretty much in the dining room. There is a stove with a chase. Other details include the wooden shutters, eave detail, doorknobs, and more. I felt the need to make this when I heard the Yankee Doodle song.
