Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 These are house -like 3 bedroom apartments! There are eight units in this building. Admists the entryway to the apartment, the first to greet you is the coat closet. The dining room is right in front by the double window across from the gourmet kitchen. There is a narrow pantry next to the refridgerator. Also, the H/VAC system is there! The largest room of the whole house is the living room. It is also is the room with the access tot he balcony. Beyond are the private living quarters of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. However, there are laundry hookups available directly inside the apartment itself! This is indeed a must-see! Oh, yeah, the apartments have their own water heaters and their own storage lockers. I hope you can find what you like about the apartments.
